These terms govern use of this website and the free AI Opportunity Audit. Using the site means accepting them.

What this site provides

CarabAI is a founder-led AI engineering practice. This site describes that work, publishes demonstrations, and offers a free automated audit. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no client relationship is created by using the site.

The audit is an indication, not advice

The audit applies published rules to the answers you provide. Its scores are indicative rankings, not measurements, and its recommendations are candidates for investigation rather than validated plans. It examines no workflow, system, data or volume, and it cannot establish feasibility, cost or business impact. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, financial or technical advice.

Pricing shown on this site is an indicative starting point, not a quotation.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to guess, enumerate or brute-force result links, or to circumvent rate limiting.
• Do not use this site to send unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish the site or its output as your own product.

Live demonstrations

The voice and messaging demonstrations run on third-party services. They are demonstrations, not client results, and are provided as they are. Their availability, behaviour and configuration may change or stop at any time. Do not send confidential, sensitive or personal information to them.

Your result link

A result link is private and unguessable, but it is not secret: anyone holding it can open the result. Treat it accordingly. Links expire after the retention period, and we may withdraw a result if it is being misused.

Availability

The site is provided without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. We may change or withdraw any part of it.

Performance guarantee for qualifying major implementations

For major AI implementations expressly confirmed by CarabAI as eligible, and purchased by businesses generating more than €1 million in annual revenue, CarabAI offers a commercial performance guarantee. The implementation is expected to generate at least a 15% increase in annual revenue or equivalent operational savings. If the client considers that this result has not been achieved, the client may request a refund of the CarabAI implementation fees. The request will be accepted without argument and is based on good faith.

Third-party fees, subscriptions, usage charges and infrastructure costs are not refundable. After a refund, the client remains responsible for operating, maintaining and paying for its infrastructure and third-party services. Projects not expressly confirmed as eligible are not covered by this guarantee.
